1.Preheat Oven to 350 F
2.Add all ingredients until smooth. Fold in walnuts by hand
3. Divide batter among lined or pre-greased muffin tins, filling each well three-fourths full.
4. Bake muffins for 18-20 minutes or until set.

1 banana
.33 cup peanut butter
.33 cup rolled oats
.25 cup maple syrup
1.25 tbsp coconut oil
.5 tsp baking powder
